December Wellness Retreat

Join us for a day in the sun! We are taking this month’s outdoor retreat to the beach for the end of summer. Start your Saturday in Malibu at Point Dume as we take a light hike to a secluded beach for our morning practice which will be accompanied by a talented local musician. Then work up a sweat in the sun by hiking to the Point Dume lookout or teaming up for some beach games. Then take a dip in the ocean and enjoy a delicious picnic on the sand.
