This practice takes me places far beyond the mat. It broadens my visions, answers my questions and teaches me the endless possibilities inherent in a single lifetime. It connects me to the movement of mankind, creating a steady path for my evolution in this life. It brings wonderment to my soul, clarity to my mind, patience to my breath and projects beauty through my eyes. A slice of happiness that I can't help but share.
The experience I hope to offer and provide my fellow friends is a place that gives opportunity to focus on our personal well being and help provide practical tools for continued self care. An experience that creates the awareness needed to respond consciously to each experience, to integrate yourself into each moment, digesting life with ease. A place to drop judgments, accept life with grace so that the forlorn care and worry will vanish from our face. When we honor our bodies, our health, and our emotional needs, we make space for our dreams to come true. When we speak the truth from our healed hearts, we allow life's abundance to continue...
Class Schedule
Currently Teaching in Venice Beach and West LA.
The classes offered will improve joint flexibility, free stagnation in the muscle tissue, lubricate the joints, draw awareness to your breath and foster a quiet, meditative state. Sending you peacefully into a brief vacation. Safe and accessible for all levels, ages and body types.
Private one on one lessons as well as group lessons for special occasions or a break from the daily work at the office are available and are customized for your body type, personal goals and needs.
